Led the highest-rated senior care facility in the region under AHCA criteria. Oversaw technology implementation, care quality improvement, and community health education programmes.

Founded and directed the first hospitalist programme within BayCare Health System — growing from two physicians to cover three hospitals. Programme generated .9M in health system savings in its first year at Morton Plant North Bay. Served as Vice President of Morton Plant Mease Primary Care (2008–2013).

Appointed Chief Resident — one of three selected annually from a highly competitive internal medicine programme of ~130 residents. Oversaw resident training, clinical teaching rounds, and didactic lectures. Concurrently served as Associate Editor of the Cleveland Clinic Journal of Medicine. Created the first evidence-based diabetes management protocols for internal medicine longitudinal clinics.
